Neuroma
A neuroma is usually a nerve mass, often benign, resulting from the abnormal growth of nerve cells. This condition can cause pain, tingling, or numbness in the affected part.
Neuroma in right foot
45-year-old patient who suffers from very intense neuropathic pain and a feeling of coldness in the right foot and right ankle, with very significant difficulty walking for more than 3 years, due to a neuroma in the peroneal nerve following an arthroscopy of the ankle.
The neurosurgical intervention provided these results, with recovery of walking and total disappearance of pain.
